Your rights

I understand that I am being asked to participate in a survey for the purpose of providing my ideas and opinions in order to help Hupside develop its product and technology. I acknowledge that I will receive adequate compensation for participating, and agree that all of the ideas and responses that I submit will become the exclusive property of Hupside. I fully understand (and agree to) the fact that I am relinquishing all rights in my responses through my participation in this project and hereby assign all such rights to Hupside. I also understand the confidential nature of the ideas that I submit and I agree not to share this information with any individual or organization.
